SensiTile

1 MIN READ
Debuted in May at ICFF, SensiTile is a surface material that responds to changes in light intensity and color. The durable material can be applied to most surfaces, and is comprised of a light conducting matrix and a substrate within which the matrix is embedded. Developed using patent-pending technology, the material transports light from one surface point to another by total internal reflection. The result is a light effect – created passively from external light sources – that shimmers, ripples, and shifts. The material is available in three substrates that lend their own distinctive properties and comes in a variety of standard and custom colors.
