Hunter Douglas Contract’s GreenScreen Revive window shading fabric is made from 100 percent PVC-free polyester and contains a minimum of 89 percent Repreve fibers, which is made from 100 percent recycled materials. Each yard of GreenScreen Revive uses 11 post-consumer bottles. It is produced by collecting post-industrial fiber waste and post-consumer plastics, which are then chopped, ground, melted, and reformulated into Repreve, a recycled chip. The Repreve chips are then extruded and textured into fibers that are in turn woven into GreenScreen Revive. The line is available is 1 and 3 percent opennesses and eight colors; Fabric width is 118 inches.
