NAHB Model Green Home Building Guidelines

NAHB Model Green Home Building Guidelines

NAHB’s Model Green Home Building Guidelines are designed to be a “tool kit” for mainstream builders to help systematize the green design and construction process and assist with incorporating more green building features into homes. The guidelines cover six areas: lot preparation and design; resource efficiency; energy efficiency; water efficiency/conservation; occupancy comfort and indoor environmental quality; operation, maintenance, and education.
