Project Description
This waterfront house was originally built in 1908 and had been in the same family until this client recently purchased it. It is located in Connecticut in what was once an island of summer cottages, but which is now connected to the mainland via a causeway. The renovation removed porches that has been enclosed, reconfigured the floor plan, and added additional height to the third floor. The renovation included all new windows, doors, insulation, mechanical and plumbing systems.
