Project Description
Seacliffe Apartments sit on Cape Town‘s Atlantic Seaboard in Bantry Bay. Before, it was a dilapidated shore block that required modernisation to take advantage of its prime location on the bay. So, the addition of balcony modular units was used to hide the existing facade and add value to the apartments. Moreover, the system of steel structures created maximum impact for the apartment owners. As a result, we were able to achieve a modern apartment design.
