Project Description
For clients retiring to Hawaii, they wanted a solid, cozy home fit for their love of entertaining and their animals. We developed the program and design for this new single family residence in the desirable up-country development of Waiki’i Ranch on the Big Island of Hawaii. Three bedroom, three and a half bath with office, breakfast nook, formal dining room, large living room with fantastic Irish bar, gourmet appointed kitchen, heated covered exterior dining with adjacent fire pit and BBQ, private guest quarters with kitchenette the home is made for entertaining. Three stall horse barn with an adjunct pony shed to the rear of the home as well.
