Project Description
Railyards is an industrially-inspired, trackside commercial building along a pedestrian-friendly Woonerf (“living street“) with retail, commercial, office, and restaurant spaces. This building has unparallel mountain views from its multi-floor balconies, ample light sources, and unique factory-style windows. Large garage doors open from the west side connecting the retail space to the Woonerf or pedestrian-oriented street outside. On the east side are nine local artist murals from Boulder Creative Collective. This is is one of four sites that Sopher Sparn has designed within the S’PARK development.
