Project Description
FROM THE ARCHITECTS:
The project includes the master plan and adaptive reuse of a 400,000 square-foot existing 1980’s office building on a 44 acre campus for clinical, data center, and office functions. The project is phased – the first phase includes the fit out of 150,000 SF for a regional outpatient cancer center and a 50,000 SF backup data center. The design focuses on providing an extraordinary patient experience; a new courtyard is accompanied by an entry addition to transform the experience of receiving care.
