Project Description
Mixed use building with commercial premises on the ground floor with a total of 60 rental apartments distributed in three levels. Taking into consideration the intense traffic of Masaryk avenue the building has a double façade with a canvas printed with a graphic replica of the frontal trees. The other façade, that has direct view to the surrounding green areas, has a combination of stone blocks with terraces and a central corridor communicating the public areas.
