Project Description
This residence, approximately 9,000 square feet on two oceanfront lots in Kailua, required design and construction of a new single family home. The design concept is “Hawaiian Ranch” style, which blends into its surroundings yet maintains a fresh, up to date feeling. It reflects a strong indoor-outdoor relationship and features a courtyard, buffered from the onshore winds.
