Project Description
Nestled on a sloping site and framing an existing outdoor patio/garden the Artist studio is sited downhill from the main house, careful not to block views to the Northern CA coast.
With impressive north-facing views to Tomales Bay and Pt. Reyes, the studio was carefully designed to unite with the natural environment through the use of natural wood siding and large picture windows to capture natural light and the landscape.
The custom-designed interior utilizes specialized lighting, mechanics for a dust-free environment, a movable work desk and a sliding system for large canvases.
