Project Description
Russell and Dawson an integrated AEC firm was selected by 430 Main Hotels LLC, to provide full services Architectural Design Services, Engineering Design Services and Construction Services for the new development of a 54,384 SQFT hotel with 95 rooms on two acres of land. The three-story brick building of the hotel is designed to fit with the architecture of Williamstown. Hotel’s red brick building echoes with the architecture of North Berkshire’s historic mills.
Russell and Dawson was assigned with the task of full-development of the hotel from design till construction with the demolition of the existing building. Other additions in the hotel include 585 SQFT conference room, a fitness pool with Jacuzzi, a fitness room and a patio at the back.
