Project Description
The project is located at a peninsula stick in lakewater, the peninsula will become Yixing City’s new CBD Area. Project sites are two lots, and on each there is a 30m wide city green zone. Hence, the design challenge lies in this separation of construction sites, and each independent small lot has different natures.
Our design overcomes these issues, and manages to set up common rules to make most of the residential unites unified enough to fit in the limited building budget.
