Project Description
This home was designed for a couple wanting to live in an urban environment where you could walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The home was built on the only vacant lot in a well-established neighborhood, with the goal of the design having the new home blend in as though it had been there historically. The home was also designed for aging in place.
The home does not have a step from the garage to the house, all minimum three foot doorways, a roll-in shower, plus the other expected features in aging in place design.
The brick accent wall and lattice divider are just n example of the custom detail that was designed throughout the home.
