Project Description
Our architects were tasked by the developer to propose ways of retaining an existing tenant, a large-scale international electronic manufacturing company, on the verge of relocating due to changing requirements and corporate image. Our proposal changed their intention to relocate. We endeavoured to “connect” the building to its street and context as well as the employees to their work spaces. The vertical organisation of the building expresses and showcases the manufacturing process.
