Project Description
The existing Psychiatric Unit at Columbia Memorial Hospital was built in the mid-1970s, and is outdated. The renovation project was conceived and designed to allow a partially occupied unit throughout construction. The project requires multiple phases, and provides needed activity space for patients in the first phase, and follows with a new nurse station, consultation/ office suite, and the conversion of existing activity space into new single-patient rooms.
