Project Description
5+design created a mixed-use masterplan that aimed for physical continuity, layered visual experience, and dynamic succession of spaces. The masterplan will span across two city blocks and will be comprised of a six-level (5 above grade + 1 basement level), a living mall that will also provide entertainment and restaurants, a five-floor wholesale mall, a series of two-story retail spaces surrounding the entire project, two icon towers, four towers with custom SOHO apartments, eleven residential towers, and an extensive indoor, sports and culture complex. An active neighborhood park will lie at the center of the project.
