Project Description
Remodeling project to convert a rest house into a Boutique Hotel, located in the center of San Miguel, has a very steep rise (18 m of sidewalk level at the back of the property), it has a very rough surface that we In turn, it offers several levels, and allowed us to articulate different atmospheres and spaces of transition, added to this the exceptional vegetation that the property had.
All this invites us to make the design proposal a participant in this extraordinary environment, respecting the essence of our context, through a subtle intervention.
The complex has a lounge area, reception, breakfast terrace, gardens for events, pool / jacussy, restaurant, bar, operational and maintenance services.
