Located on active San Pablo Avenue in Berkeley, this mixed use, transit oriented building was designed for 34 first-time homebuyer units. Parking lifts are utilized in the rear to enable live work spaces with large storefront glazing and a corner retail space along San Pablo activating the pedestrian experience. The stacked flats above are well appointed and boast views to the Berkeley Hills and San Francisco Bay. The colorful façade articulates the building’s length and scale.
