Project Description
The proposal is to make adaptations and amendments of remodelling to the existing building on the site land plot, and to create a Multi-Car Showroom and Service Center, which has the latest technology and equipment to provide people from all over this part of Batumi to service their vehicles and to purchase new vehicles. An ancillary service as part of a different operation is to provide a PTI center, where car owners can have their vehicles tested and validated for road worthiness.
The materials and design of the modernised building will bring the facilities on site into the 21st century, and will be an inviting location within this part of Batumi. The site currently is outdated.
