Amegy Bank’s new headquarters is prominently located within Post Oak Park in Houston’s Uptown District. Supporting the company’s long-term fiscal goals, the new corporate office tower accommodates the bank’s current and anticipated growth. The tower features fifteen levels of offices atop an enclosed eight-level parking podium. The podium roof accommodates a 10,000 gsf conference pavilion within a verdant landscaped garden.
The tower’s gently curved glass façades maximize views of downtown Houston and the Galleria. The tower is accessed through a double-height daylight filled lobby, elegantly detailed in natural surfaces of wood and stone. The high-performance enclosure with 10-foot floor-to-ceiling insulated glass introduces natural light deep within the offices while mitigating solar heat gain. The on-site employee-only dining conservatory offers healthful food options and provides an informal space for spontaneous collegial meetings.
