This stunning property by Trilogy Partners included a redesign and rebuild of a functionally obsolete 3,400 square foot home located on an incredible lot two blocks up from Main Street in Breckenridge, Colorado.
The Trilogy Partners team removed the existing structure for the foundation while rebuilding a stunning modern structure with a variety of glass and exposed steel, combined with a touch of rustic mountain-style finishes, reclaimed woods, and rough locally sourced masonry walls. The team captured all of the views of downtown Breckenridge and the Ski Mountain from every angle while also creating the perfect private patio setting in downtown Breckenridge.
