90 Morton, from Brack Capital Real Estate, is a 12-story, boutique, state-of-the-art residential condominium building in the West Village, one of the city's most sought-after residential neighborhoods. The development's concept architect is Asaf Gottesman of Gottesman-Szmelcman Architecture and the interior designer is Marc Turkel of Leroy Street Studio. With first closings anticipated for early 2019, 90 Morton will have 35 exquisite residences with expansive layouts from two-to-five-bedroom homes, as well as penthouses.
