The 6,182 square foot 303 East Rivo Alto Drive home in Miami Beach is a two story open floor plan with skylight lit entry and glass refrigerated wine displays. The front entry to the residence features a floating seating area surrounded by water and water features. The interior utilizes a muted color palette with whites, off whites, beiges and wood. The custom single family residence is a product of Choeff Levy Fischman Architecture + Design. Choeff Levy Fischman are experts in the field of Modern and Tropical Modern architecture, the use of indoor-outdoor living design and environmental architecture which focuses on the melding of the elements that surround an individual site.
