MKDA established its Miami studio in 2013 as an innovative architecture and interior design studio that performs ground-up architecture on commercial and hospitality properties across South Florida and the Caribbean. The studio is well-regarded as a leading advisor to many of South Florida’s landlords on investment opportunities in areas under transformation. The Miami studio also performs interior building repositioning and interior workplace design in multiple markets. MKDA’s Miami architecture studio was born out of its New York Headquarters, a leading commercial interior design firm founded by Milo Kleinberg in 1959. MKDA is ranked by Interior Design magazine as one of the nation’s “Top 100 Interior Design Giants”.
