The American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) is hitching its wagon to the NeoCon World’ s Trade Fair, operated by Merchandise Mart Properties. The ASID National Conference will now be held in conjunction with NeoCon—the largest conference and exhibition for contract interior design—beginning with the June 15-17, 2009, event.
In addition to the ASID National Conference’s networking and educational opportunities, ASID members can take advantage of NeoCon’s 1.2 million square feet of permanent showrooms and temporary exhibits of commercial and residential products and services, as well as ASID’s show-floor lounge. ASID will be offering more than 130 a la carte conference CEU sessions, off-site experiential learning CEU sessions, the ASID Student Career Exchange, association forums, a keynote presentation, and a special social event.
