Commercial lighting distributor Villa Lighting of St. Louis will begin construction of a 222,573-square-foot office/warehouse in March that will serve as its headquarters building, and expects to complete the $13-million project by the end of 2008. The 10.4-acre site is located in St. Louis. Villa will occupy 22,647 square feet of office space and 104,591 square feet of warehouse space, and will lease the remaining space.
