Cooper Industries will acquire U.K.-based Clarity Lighting, a designer and manufacturer of light-emitting diode architectural lighting and control solutions. Clarity’s product line ranges from lamps, drivers, and controllers to a variety of interior and exterior luminaires, downlights, spots, bollards, strips, illuminated block, and safety lighting.
