Project Description
Completed in 2021 in the suburbs of Atlanta, the 17-acre Park Center campus is now home to more than 6,000 State Farm employees, and it is a central gathering spot for the local community. The mixed-use project integrates the formidable office campus into the traditional scale of the Dunwoody community and follows the fluid suburban road network. Critical infrastructure provides access to previously disconnected parts of the area, with a direct connection to the MARTA transit station. The major surface street has been transformed from a lifeless street edge to a bustling retail street with a diverse selection of restaurants and new places to stroll and linger.
