Project Description
Uncommonly for Pasadena, Hurlbut St. is developed primarily with modern architecture, and is located between the vintage multi-residential developments along Orange Grove Blvd to the West, and other contemporary architecture that populates the commercial corridor along South Fair Oaks Ave to the East. For this reason, the design team felt that this was a good opportunity to explore an evolution of this trend. The project therefore is a modern design, crisp and angular composition, reflective of its location within the city.
