Tearing down an old, beat up, and outdated multi-family unit known as 30 Avenue A opened the doors for a fresh start. By doing a complete demolition of the old building, we were able to clear the lot and begin building two brand new single-family homes from scratch. We focused on bringing a classic style home to this modern suburban area in Port Washington, NY. We installed beautiful windows to allow natural light to illuminate the interiors of the homes while also showcasing the beautiful exteriors. Marble showers, tiled walls, and white vanities were installed in all bathrooms. Each house includes a large kitchen designed with stainless steel appliances and classic white cabinets. The first floors are designed for family time while the upstairs are include a master bedroom and two additional bedrooms. Each property ranges from 1,800-1,900 square feet. 28 Avenue A includes a beautiful balcony opening from the master bedroom. With finished basements, there's more than enough room for a family to call these properties home.
