PARCEL 28
The Çubuklu Parcel 28 project is an upscale mixed use housing project with commercial units on the ground levels. The project is located in the Beykoz Municipality of İstanbul on a plot with 8,467 m² area. The FAR for this plot is 1.25, the number of apartments and commercial units are 67 and the total construction area is approximately 30,700 sqm.
Reinterpretation of Apartment Building Life
As Istanbul is becoming more and more populated each day, it is inevitable to look for ways to escape from the city. However, this project is so close to the heart of Istanbul. In this project we look for ways to find the spontaneity of a village or a small town life and the potential for living a neighborhood life. The project is expected to break groundin Fall 2016.
