Project Description
The proposed project site is located in the City Point neighborhood in South Boston, stretching from East Fifth Street to East Sixth Street between O Street and P street. The project proposal consists of a 10-unit and a 9-unit new construction building above an underground parking garage with 33 off-street residential parking spaces. The project design separates the main residential program between two three-story buildings, providing frontage on both main streets which are consistent in scale and distribution with the surrounding residential fabric. The two buildings are offset in alignment through the site, producing a diversity of views through the site and to the streets beyond.
