Tenant Build-out for Dr. Kazemi’s practice, approximately 1,800 SF, located in downtown, Bethesda MD. ALine worked with the owner and contractor, providing permit drawings including, space layout, accessibility, multimedia forum space, reflected ceiling plans, and lighting. ALine worked with the contractor’s budget, coordinating with the dental equipment vendor, MEP designs, and Montgomery County building permit reviewers.
