16 story redevelopment project of Williamsburg’s former Domino Sugar Factory site. Though an exact date hasn’t been revealed just yet, the building is expected to open in August.
Renderings show what the building’s sloping terrace along with the 2,000-square-foot inner courtyard will materialize into. The courtyard will feature a narrow body of water surrounded by landscaping on either side. The apartments with private terraces will get to enjoy a view of the courtyard.
Other amenities include a fitness center, a 7,000-square-foot roof deck, a chef’s kitchen for catering and events, and views of the East River and the forthcoming Domino Park.
