Trails Edge is designed with the fundamentals of
modernism in mind—clean, simple lines and a clear view of structural elements. Design elements include steel, tropical hardwoods, privacy louvers,
and expansive glass. Large windows help connect the home to its natural surroundings of the Sanitas
trail community, as well as the wildlife outside. An
exterior firepit and gathering space makes Trail Edge the ideal home for mountain living. Trail Edge has 5 bedrooms, an entertainment room with wet bar, office, and elevator. The owner’s suite features
a striking a frame window that overlooks the Dakota Trailhead, and has a reading nook with a fireplace that extends the suite. Walk in closets, stand alone tubs, and beautiful lighting fixtures bring this space into a luxurious and modern residence.
