Set on a stunning peninsula with private beaches, this design takes advantage of the site and its varied topography to create an open, inviting home. The interior features natural wood and abundant windows that offer light and expansive ocean views. The home’s roof deck includes a bar for entertaining with a 360-degree vista, and outdoor spaces include a pool area and lounge with stone fireplace. The contemporary vocabulary is highly weather resistant using an advanced building envelope intended for the harsh weather of the exposed site.
