Project Description
Capitol View is a large mixed-use development that creates a place that is authentic to Nashville and encourages people to live, work and play, all within walking distance. Cooper Carry developed the 32-acre master plan seeking to create active, lively public spaces in a walkable, engaging pedestrian experience. Cooper Carry also developed design guidelines for the entire development, provided full architecture and interior design services for two blocks of the development, and provided site-wide wayfinding and signage design services. The architectural design of the buildings recognized the history of the site in order to create a connection with the community.
