Project Description
Hotel Napoleon is an adaptive re-use project where a 115 year old historic downtown office building was converted into a 58 unit, modern boutique hotel complete with lobby/ bar, fitness, kitchen, laundry, and lounge areas. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places.
