The building seeks to refine the language of its architecture through the rigorous deployment of structure. Strong identity, careful detailing, and new expression coexist to create a new image.
The structure is inspired by the urban artifacts of the city, its bridges, railways, and buildings.
The standards of amenity includes windows for every user, an art gallery, employee gymnasium, restaurant, and retail spaces.
