Project Description
The proposal is to create a Multi-Car Showroom and Service Center, which will provide a range of vehicles for sale, and the capacity to provide repair and services to automobiles of different manufacturers. The Multi-Car Showroom and Service center will be open for all persons to use and to facilitate their vehicles. Under a separate management, there will also be a PTI Center, which will check and validate vehicles as roadworthy, to confirm the vehicles are not dangerous to drive.
The functional zone of the site is currently allocated as part Public Business Zone 1 and part Public Business Zone 2. There is no ambition to change the Urban Regulation Plan, but rather to provide buildings within the plan which are in line with the acceptance of allocated use.
