Project Description
We completed the full interior design tender and construction package for a commercial work place project in Lower Thames Street to complete a full refurbishment of the existing offices and provide a new layout design. The project included space planning optimization of the general arrangement plans, and full co-ordination of the structural and M&E design.
All details including the interior design and specification packages for setting out plans, sections and elevation drawings, stair core details, lift core details, external wall details, internal wall details, floor details, ceiling details, handrail details, balustrade details, joinery, and windows and door details and schedule. We presented mood board concepts and visualisations for the designs. The interior specification comprised floor finishes, light fittings, furniture, fittings and equipment, sanitary ware, ironmongery. The complete interior design ranged from scales 1:100 to 1:2 for the tender and construction packages.
