Horizontal texture and line elements
A large area of tower adopts transparent glasses, and the use of large glazed surface creates a comfortable space, view to large open landscape scene and glance over the Xiaonanshan foothills.
The metal polyline design elements are used to divide the households and their three-dimensional effect enrich the balcony spaces. A large number of eco fibrillar material is chosen for overhead layers, balcony soffits and roof panels. This design approach with elegant features makes the building fashionable and stylish, and could create a new regional landmark.
Overhead space at entry level provides tenants with more semi-outdoor public platform to communicate, harmonious interaction between people in the community, and creates high quality living area and comfortable environment for residents.
Each facade of building is divided by the vertical partition in different sizes, depending on the terrain and different angles of views to create three-dimensional visual irregularities
