Project Description
The design concept of the Lake House commenced with the utmost consideration to its complex site.
The front of this modern residence is uniquely positioned on a busy thoroughfare yet the back is nestled in a serene setting with direct lake access. The design intent included an open living concept, three bedrooms, four baths and a home office encompassing modern materials and fixtures. The interior spaces took shape by aligning and directing the living areas with sweeping views of the surrounding environment throughout both floors of the residence. A double sided fireplace positioned in the center of the home serves as a warm welcome from the entry and a cozy living room backdrop. The jewel of the home is the northeast corner where a sequence of floor to ceiling windows allow for panoramic lake vistas and unobstructed sight lines to mature trees and lush vegetation inspiring peace and tranquility.
