Project Description
This design is centered around creating a development centered around great active public spaces that would act as a catalyst for the future of Dania Beach. Our scheme focused around great flexible public space that would provide community events and entertainment. As the city grows, we felt the design should accommodate future density needs while still leaving green space for public use.
