Project Description
An urban City Centre on a 34 acre site in Mohali is to be developed by the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority on public private partnership framework. The requirements for the Centre comprise commercial and office spaces, retail/ shopping, hospitality/ hotels and residential components, with an estimated development cost of over USD 200 million.
