Project Description
Located in Minneapolis’ North Loop, Gavin Kaysen’s restaurant Spoon and
Stable is the story of a James Beard Rising Star chef’s homecoming to
create his very own restaurant. She is proud of our collaboration with
Chef Kaysen and the overall result which features a truly open kitchen,
jewel box wine room and a spectacular bar. It truly delivers on the
