Project Description
Celesta is a residential complex with 166 apartments located in Altos Juriquilla in the state of Querétaro, Mexico. In this lot three rectangular and curved shape towers were designed, linearly organized with the amenities are on the west and ground level parking. The buildings are deployed on three platforms with a difference between them of half level to take advantage of the natural grade of the land.
The front and back façades were designed in solid and tucked strips and windows that emphasize the horizontality of the buildings, the solid strips are white and the tucked ones are gray avoiding monotony. The east-west orientation of the apartments was defined from the sowing of the buildings on the land, providing the necessary sunlight for a residential space. The interior of the apartments seek to take advantage of this orientation by improving the relationship among the exterior, the views and the natural light, with the living spaces.
In the first level or pentgarden are the first 18 apartments that have a private garden on the front that has a wooden deck area and a green one. Also in the first level are several common areas, two pedestrian access bridges in the 1 and 2 towers that allow direct pedestrian traffic from the outside without passing through the parking area and in the lobbies the Home Office zone is located providing optimal spaces those who prefer to work from home, as well as the elevators and stairs core.
Celesta has a large amount of recreational spaces to suit all tastes and age groups. These are divided into 1,770 sq m of roof areas and 3,520 sq m of open areas. The covered amenities are organized in a linear way, including the Neon Bar, multipurpose room, gym, yoga studio; playroom, covered barbecue and parallel to these services are the wide-open amenities with grills, soccer field, swimming pool, children's games, urban-garden and an open forum with steps formed by the same land where you can enjoy movies or events.
