Located one block from the light rail in Saint Paul, Ray offers modern micro-apartments for residents opting to minimize their footprint. Over 75% of the 79 units consist of studios ranging from 372-505 SF. Thus, the designers endeavored to maximize function, emphasize quality, and reduce fuss. A “Communal Living Room” is the social heart of Ray, providing common space for residents to work, relax, or entertain as an extension of their units. Flexibility is key, featuring public and private areas that double as the office or a place to host a dinner party. Custom kitchens, smart storage solutions, and convertible furniture provide residents a smart lifestyle at an affordable price without sacrificing quality.
