Project Description
The 17000 sq feet commercial complex forms part of bigger housing project also designed by HDS. The 03 storey building is designed on a very open plan with all shops facing front or the central open courtyard which forms the core of the building with connecting corridors forming the main axis. The shopping complex has around 70 shops planned over ground floor and first floor and restaurants on third floor with open terrace sitting. Wide staircases are provided at strategic locations to give access to upper floors. All the areas with pedestrian movement have been joined to the central courtyard on all the sides. The first floor also has a wide open corridor facing the central courtyard and connected to it both visually and physically. This retail building follows straight lines in its form and details inherited from the main complex of which this building is a part.
